How we do it
We excavate, grade, and compact a solid base before laying hot mix asphalt to the correct depth. No shortcuts on the base — that is where most cheap jobs fail.
Crack Sealing

Why it matters
Water gets into cracks, freezes, and expands. What starts as a hairline crack becomes a pothole or a full section failure. Sealing cracks early is the single best way to extend the life of your pavement.
How we do it
We clean out each crack, apply a hot rubberized sealant, and tool it flush with the surface. The result bonds tightly and flexes with temperature changes instead of cracking again.
Sealcoating
Protect your asphalt from sun, fuel, and freeze-thaw damage.
Why it matters
Asphalt oxidizes and dries out over time. UV rays, oil drips, and BC's freeze-thaw cycles break down the binder that holds it together. Sealcoating every 3 to 5 years keeps the surface flexible and resistant to damage.
How we do it
We clean the surface, fill minor cracks, and apply a commercial-grade coal tar or asphalt emulsion sealer. It goes on dark and even, and it protects the pavement underneath for years.

How we do it
We saw-cut a clean edge around the damaged area, remove the failed base, compact new material, and finish flush with the surrounding surface. No cold-patch bags. No temporary fixes.
Driveway Resurfacing

How we do it
